The objectives of our residents association

To represent The Parks homeowners on matters of common interest;
To consult with The Parks management company on behalf of all service charge payers;
To preserve and improve, where required, the amenities enjoyed by The Parks homeowners;
For the purpose of the aforesaid, to employ solicitors, counsel, surveyors, engineers, accountants and other professional or qualified persons as necessary to advise the Association;
To do such other things, ancillary to the preceding objects, as may seem desirable to the Association.

£628 for two trees planted in the swale between Nicholson Park and Mills Chase
£570 to paint ‘46’ on the parking space then another £570 a week later to add ‘44’ and ‘48’
£1,194 for streetlight repairs that should be Taylor Wimpey’s responsibility until handed over to Bracknell Forest Council
£11,859 to prepare accounts not to pay an accountant, but to get the accounts into a state so that they can be audited by an accountant
£2,160 for health and safety charged to all of us in The Parks, even though it only applies to the flats
